Dr. Brian Clow, LMT, D.Ac.
Brian founded Dynamic Wellness New York in 2017. He was trained through the rigorous curriculum at The Center for Natural Wellness and Massage Therapy located in Albany, NY and a Massage Therapist since 2017. In addition to his formal training in Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Chair Massage and RockTape/RockBlades, he also has over seven years of training and coaching experience in CrossFit. Brian attended the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Bloomfield, New Jersey where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture in 2021. He also received his Doctorate of Acupuncture degree at the Pacific College of Health and Science in 2022.
Dr. Stamatina (Tina) Hiras, L.Ac., D.Ac.
Tina holds her acupuncture license in both New York and New Jersey, is a board-certified diplomate by the National Certification Commission of Oriental Medicine, and is certified in oncology acupuncture through Memorial Sloan Kettering which focuses on the side-effects of chemotherapy and radiation treatments
As the daughter of an acupuncturist, Tina grew up receiving acupuncture treatments for as long as she can remember. Her positive results with acupuncture fueled her desire to become an acupuncturist herself and share the healing benefits of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with her patients.
Tina attended the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Bloomfield, New Jersey where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. Tina also obtained her Doctorate of Acupuncture degree at the Pacific College of Health and Science in 2022. Tina is trained in both Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture, facial and cosmetic acupuncture, and uses a wide variety of modalities in her treatments, including cupping, electro-acupuncture (acupuncture with electrical stimulation), and guasha.
Tina has a passion for treating pain in all its forms, be it physical or emotional, as well as stress, and the symptoms associated with it (headaches, gastrointestinal conditions, insomnia), autoimmune conditions, women’s health, fertility, and cosmetic/ facial acupuncture.
Colleen Houghton, LMT
Colleen is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist that received her training through the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage therapy in Albany, NY. She spent many years as a physical therapist assistant where she gained a vast understanding of the intricacies and complexities of the human body. Colleens compassion for others has also led her to seek her certification as a postpartum doula, which will allow her to provide support and care to new mothers as they navigate their way through motherhood.
Colleen enjoys working with patients in all stages of their health and wellness journeys.
Mary Dickson, LMT
Mary is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist who received her training through The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. Mary enjoys working with all types of chronic and acute pain cases, and is passionate about supporting those with cancer through their treatments. She is able to alleviate her patients’ pain while preventing future injury through deep tissue and myofascial release techniques. Mary prioritizes the therapeutic needs of her patients while always providing a safe and relaxing environment during each session. In her spare time Mary can be found hiking, playing with her dogs or spending time with family.
In addition to her formal massage therapy training, Mary is a certified pet nutritionist.
Christine Yakubec, LMT
Christine is a New York State licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness and School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2010. She brings a unique, well-rounded background to her work, combining hands-on therapeutic massage with a strong foundation in science and healthcare. In addition to massage therapy, Christine is a radiologic technologist with a specialization in mammography. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, along with undergraduate studies in biology and business administration.
Christine is passionate about working with patients who are seeking long-term, meaningful changes in their bodies. She especially enjoys treating athletes and individuals with injuries, chronic tension, or mobility restrictions, focusing on improving function, movement, and overall quality of life through thoughtful, results-driven care.
Outside of the treatment room, Christine stays active through soccer and CrossFit. She also enjoys crafting and exploring new restaurants and is always on the lookout for great food and new experiences.
Laura ‘Tils’ Tilbury, LMT
Tils is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 28 years of experience. A graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City, she brings a skilled, intuitive approach to bodywork, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as appropriate. Her sessions are focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and restriction to support long-lasting relief and improved mobility.
In addition to her human bodywork practice, Tils is also a licensed veterinary technician and equine bodyworker. She actively competes in eventing with her horse, Captain Jack, and enjoys dog agility with her spirited Chihuahua, Travers. These pursuits keep her closely connected to the principles of movement, performance, and thoughtful conditioning—for both animals and people.
